We offer free shipping across India. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 8–14 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

SSARONG does not offer product returns. Exchanges are available only in eligible situations, including damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products. SSARONG does not offer refunds for general product returns, as product returns are not accepted. Refunds may apply if an eligible issue cannot be resolved through exchange, or if a replacement product is unavailable.

For eligible prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are applicable only in specified situations and are transferred to the bank account of the individual named in the billing details. Applicable shipping, COD handling, gift packaging, or similar service charges are non-refundable.
